The hotel was wonderful and clean with superbly friendly and exceptionally nice stuff during the night shift. Its amazing, central location was a plus. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away. Got classic double room on the first level when arrived, appreciated that. The breakfast had plenty of appetising options, and was delicious.
Well, internet connection was terrible.

The room was cozy and clean, with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very good, super friendly! A bit cramped for moving luggage, but overall, a great spot near the metro, perfect for exploring Paris!

The staff, who all speak perfect English, were exceptionally friendly advising us of non tourist places to eat, where to go, the best way to get there etc. The rooms are fine for a short stay. There are lifts to the upper floors.

Good location. Clean rooms. Very nice view of the Effeil tower.
The recepitionist took all of my credit card info, including the card number and the cvc code on a piece of paper without giving me any expliantion why he is doing that and in case that the hotel has a POS terminal for card payments.

Units on the first level. Very good and delicious breakfasts with marmalade and croissants, for instance. Amazing, wonderful location short walk to a lovely restaurant nearby, as well as really great place to get crepes too, several metro stations and Eiffel Tower and many beautiful shopping's.

Although not in the center of Paris, the hotel is a quick metro ride (La motte picquet-grenelle stop) to the main Paris attractions. Near the metro station there were lots of restaurants and cafes that opened late. The most important thing was that the hotel was a quick walk to the Eiffel tower and the water front. The hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Having stayed at many European hotels, including a different Mercure Hotel in Paris, this one was by far the smallest room with a very cramped shower, i.e. a 50kg person would have a hard time turning around in the shower cubicle. Something that seems to be a constant for all Mercure hotels is that the phone for the housekeeper is in the hallway and it always seems to ring endlessly very early in the morning.

Excellent service. They all speak English and are very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfort. Ok if you like compact spaces.
Take a travel kettle. No bedside chest of drawers. You need to use the shelves in the wardrobe.
